What a year it has been! Here at Skyline Cruises, we wanted to take this opportunity as Thanksgiving approaches to tell you what we are thankful for this year. While so much has changed in 2020, a lot has also remained the same. In our eyes, one of the most notable things to stay the same is our ability to continue to celebrate some of life’s most magical moments with you and your loved ones.
Thankful for Safe Celebrations
Over the years, we are proud to continue to be NYC’s premier waterfront event venue. We have hosted countless events, celebrating everything from birthdays and weddings to corporate events and everything in between. COVID-19 changed the way we live for 2020 and beyond, but life continues, and your special events deserve a celebration. The Skyline Princess offers you that ability by providing a safe and sanitary environment.
We continue to follow recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization, the world’s foremost experts on infectious diseases, to ensure everything we do meets or exceeds their guidelines. Because the situation is continually changing, our commitment to you is to do our best to always keep up with any new information released by the public officials.
Our current health procedures are as follows:
- All staff and passengers have their temperature taken before boarding. Anyone with a temperature will not be permitted to board.
- Our ship is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each sailing.
- Passengers must complete health questionnaires before boarding.
- Private tables are set up for all groups to maintain social distancing guidelines.
- All guests ages 3+ must have appropriately fitting face coverings except while eating or if medically exempt. Guests without face coverings are not allowed to board.
