What To Expect From NYE Aboard The Skyline Princess
Our New Year’s Eve dinner cruise is both a great way to start the New Year as well as signifying the end of our regular cruise season – which starts back up in the spring with our Valentine’s Day cruise in-between. As you can imagine, being both the end of the year and the end of the season, we go above and beyond to make this cruise experience as exemplary as possible.
This is our longest and latest cruise, spanning 5 hours from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. as we go through the historic New York Harbor providing our guests with a unique and memorable view of not just the city skyline and world-famous landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty, but of the fireworks display as well. Make sure to arrive with plenty of time as we begin boarding a half hour before departure, and once we leave the dock we will not be back until the end of our cruise. You don’t have to stress about parking though, as it’s free to park at the World’s Fair Marina in Queens.
As has come to be expected by our dinner cruises, we feature a three-course gourmet dinner buffet. And for our New Year’s Eve cruise we provide an open bar with premium beers, wines, and liquors available in addition to soda, juice, coffee, and tea. We also have live DJs overseeing the music throughout the cruise and our dance floor, so you can count on getting an opportunity to dance to the New Year’s essentials. You don’t have to worry about bringing any traditional party favors either; our staff will provide you with hats and noisemakers to go along with our midnight champagne toast!
