First a little history: Both Sweet Sixteen parties and Quinceañera celebrations grew out of coming of age traditions, according to Amazing Kids Magazine. In some traditions, age 16 marked the milestone when a child became a young adult. In some Latin American cultures, it was age 15, giving rise to the Quinceañera, which is celebrated by girls. Girls are usually the guest of honor at most Sweet Sixteen parties, but boys do celebrate it as well. The Skyline Princess is completely enclosed on the lower decks which are an ideal space for a dining area. Each deck does have outdoor viewing areas. The upper deck can be enclosed or left open. The ship has a DJ performance space as well.

And the food will always be top notch. Our chef prepares meals fresh in-house in our galley and we’re happy to work with you to help prepare a menu, choose entrees, pick carving stations and desserts.
