One of the questions we are frequently asked on our North Shore Charter cruises is “what are some of the sights I will see on this cruise?” Depending on minor factors such as cruise length, there are a ton of exciting things you will see on your cruise from Long Island or Connecticut.

For starters, the North Shore of Long Island is host to many of the most beautiful sights across New York Harbor. You’ll see historic lighthouses and witness the giant mansions of the Gold Coast of Long Island across towns such as Whitestone, Great Neck, King’s Point, Manhasset and Sand’s Point. You’ll also have the opportunity to see the King’s Point Merchant Marine Academy and SUNY Maritime College.

The Skyline Princess will sail past interesting sights such as Riker’s Island, LaGuardia Airport, and The Brother Islands. You’ll get to see Astoria Park and Hell’s Gate, and sail around The Whitestone and Throgs Neck Bridges. The Execution, Stepping Stones, Fort Schuyler and Fort Totten will all also be visible from your North Shore charter.
